I CAN DO IT!
It’s 7:51 am here in DR and I just finished today’s workout. It all depend on your daily schedule, but personally I think we should workout in the mornings, that way you have the whole day to do what you gotta do.
When are you gonna work out?
To wear white skinny jeans and let my skin show away… That’s my desire!
I want to change it all and I’m gonna do it. My body, my confidence, my wardrobe, my feelings of self loath… I want to change it all for good!
Water must become your new best friend. It has 0 calories and you can drink as many as you want. Drink at least two litters a day, that’s exactly 8 cups of 8 ounces each. You can do it like this:
- 2 cups before breakfast.
- 1 cup before mid morning snack.
- 2 cups before lunch.
- 1 cup before mid afternoon snack.
- 2 cups before dinner.
You can also drink 2 cups before you go to sleep and make it a ten cups count. Either way, you’ll only be helping your body out and filling your stomach before you start eating.
